Non-profit Controller role with ideal passion for serving others, demonstrating integrity, and reliability, responsible for overseeing and supporting all areas of financial operations, including the full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance.
Resposibilties:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team
- Help ensure an effective control environment and compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other reporting requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs
- Develop financial forecasts, analyze performance, identify variance drivers, and provide actionable insights
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial systems, policies, and procedures
- Partner with leadership to support risk management, business performance reporting, strategic planning, and decision making
- Coordinate external audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors
Qualifications:
CPA preferred, BBA in Accounting, with 5-10 yrs of experience.
