Role Description
The business development manager will mine and secure new customer/client relationships while maintaining current customer needs. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/customers including budget and pricing development, contract negotiations and client presentations. The individual will coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
- Proficiency in Communication, Problem Solving, and Collaborative Teamwork
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools for business analytics and productivity
- Ability to work in and around Shreveport, LA with flexibility for travel
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
