Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Jackson, MI. The Service Technician will be responsible for the repair, calibration, and maintenance of audiology and balance equipment. Additional responsibilities include accurately diagnosing technical issues, providing preventive maintenance, and ensuring exceptional customer service during on-site visits. The role also involves maintaining detailed service records and collaborating with the broader support team to address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Technical repair and maintenance experience, including diagnostic skills and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of audiology and balance equipment or similar medical devices is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle service schedules and detailed record-keeping
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for delivering on-site support
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet service goals
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site service visits
- An associate degree or equivalent technical certification in electronics, engineering, or a related field is preferred
