- Take meeting notes during team calls
- Responsible onboarding of contractor workers
- Maintains site spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Manages contractor worker conversions
- Maintain accurate and current applicant database
- Other Duties as assigned
- The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of admin support experience
- Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies a plus
- Strong administrate and organizational skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe forms
- Decision Making and Judgment: This position requires the ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions in order to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations, while providing a profitable revenue stream for E2 Optics. Knowing when to move forward independently, and when to engage internal team members and/or appropriate client contacts is critical to the success of the person in this role

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
