- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing subcontractor agreements and exhibits for approval and execution.
- Interpret and enforce flow-down clauses from prime contracts into subcontracts, especially related to scope, payment terms, insurance, safety, schedule, and indemnity.
- Maintain an accurate tracking system for contract status, including drafts, approvals, signatures, renewals, and expirations.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, procurement, project controls, and legal to address contractual obligations and risk exposure before and after contract award.
- Verify that subcontractor documentation (e.g., insurance, licenses, W-9s, bonding, etc.) is complete and current before contract execution.
- Track and manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, amendments, and expiration of subcontractor agreements.
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and guidance related to subcontractor agreements and MSAs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or procurement support.
- Experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of contracts, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with contract or document management systems (e.g., DocuSign, Procore, SharePoint) preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces.
