Zero prior CNC experience needed. If you bring the work ethic and basic technical knowledge, they will provide the mentorship and training to turn you into an expert field engineer.
The Role at a Glance:
- Learn the Tech: Shadow senior engineers to master pneumatics, 3-phase electricity, hydraulics, and machine controls.
- Hit the Road: Travel regionally (up to 85%) to install new automated machinery and save the day for factory clients when gear breaks.
- Earn Big: Base pay per diem for those few overnights. Use of company vehicle/cell.
The Requirements:
- Foundational mechanical or electrical training (Trade School, Mechatronics, Military, or 1 year hands-on experience).
- Comfortable reading basic schematics or blue prints (or eager to learn).
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and readiness for regional travel.
