Responsibilities
- Carefully pick items from inventory shelves based on order specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists
- Pack products securely, ensuring they are protected during transit and meet quality standards
- Label packages accurately with shipping information to facilitate smooth delivery processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking to support accurate stock levels
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times during your shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and improve workflow processes
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills for order processing tasks
- Prior experience in warehouse or order fulfillment roles is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
