Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Shift: 1st Shift

Overview:
We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support the production of heating and cooling sub-assemblies. This role involves full start-to-finish assembly work, including wiring, crimping, and interpreting basic schematics. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, proven assembly experience, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components from start to finish for heating/cooling units
- Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, and related electrical/mechanical tasks
- Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, and work instructions
- Use induction brazing equipment during assembly processes
- Maintain accuracy in measurements; complete required ruler and math testing
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Experience with crimping and point-to-point wiring
- Ability to read and work from basic schematics
- Previous experience with induction brazing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass ruler and math assessment
