Duties
- Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic mechanical adjustments as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, repair, or modify products and parts efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved, assembled, or inspected to support inventory management
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory safety guidelines
- Support warehouse functions such as loading/unloading shipments and organizing inventory for optimal workflow
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools is highly desirable
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment and procedures
