Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join our team in an industrial warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials and products are accurately sorted, organized, and tracked to support smooth warehouse and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing materials.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support production and shipping teams with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
