- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively.
- Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation to maintain financial efficiency.
- Utilize construction management software, including Bluebeam, for project documentation and communication.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and schedules for project planning.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools, particularly Procore.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to understand schematics effectively.
