Job Title: Assembler (1st & 3rd Shift)
Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour (1st Shift) 15% shift differential for 3rd Shift
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training for both shifts will take place on 1st shift for approximately 60 days.
Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, entry-level Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you’ll work with small, delicate components and help build products following clear written and verbal instructions. If you have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to showing up consistently, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions
- Follow verbal and written directions to complete daily tasks
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures
- Support team members and communicate any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Excellent reliability and attendance
- Willingness to complete approximately 60 days of first-shift training
- Ability to work assigned shift schedule
