Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing Basic Ordering Agreements for staffing services, and collaborating with internal management to drive revenue growth and meet business and client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement business development strategies, identify new markets and target clients, and assist our small business partners in identifying business opportunities and staffing recruitment.
- Market research: Analyze market trends and industry developments to find new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client acquisition and relationship management: Identify new leads, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners, and act as a point of contact for business opportunities.
- Marketing: Assist in preparation of client proposals and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client procurement and E2s project managers to address any staffing needs that arise.
- Performance tracking: Provide weekly updates on status of staff augmentation BOAs and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and provide feedback to management.
- Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop relationships with potential clients and business partners.
Required Skills

- Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management with at least 10 years’ experience in Federal Market/DOE OR
- 15 years’ experience in Federal Market/DOE AND
- 5 years’ experience minimum in supporting Staff Augmentation Basic Ordering Agreements at Savannah River Site.
