The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to join our Los Angeles team. You’ll be out in the field repping E10 Labs, visiting dispensaries, building budtender relationships, and helping us grow awareness and sell-through across Southern California.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and excited to talk cannabis tech with everyone from first-time consumers to seasoned buyers. You’ll be just as comfortable hosting a Patient Appreciation Day or working a trade show booth.
What You’ll Do
- Host in-store demos and pop-ups to engage consumers and educate staff
- Represent E10 Labs at events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Build strong relationships with budtenders, and retail staff
- Support sell-through by checking inventory and notifying the sales team when reorders are needed
- Ensure our displays, menus, and brand materials are current and on point
- Share field insights with our sales and marketing teams to help shape strategy
- Keep things organized and track visits, outcomes, and feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in cannabis sales, field marketing, or retail brand work
- Great communication skills and a confident, approachable presence
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your schedule
- Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong understanding of California’s cannabis retail landscape
- Must be 21
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with nearby dispensaries
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Interest in cannabis tech, heat-not-burn formats, or product education
