What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Parts Replacement Technician (Not an Entry-Level Lube Tech) position at E1 Auto Care?
E1 Auto Care is a family-owned shop looking to welcome an experienced Parts Replacement Technician to our growing team. We pride ourselves on quality work, a positive shop environment, and treating our team like family. If you take pride in precision work, know your way around vehicles, and want to be part of a professional crew with modern equipment and great people, we'd love to meet you!
A Quick Note: This is not an entry-level lube or oil change position. We're looking for a seasoned technician with real shop experience under their belt — someone who's comfortable tackling a wide range of repairs and ready to be a valued part of our team from day one.
Working Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekends Off — because your time matters too!

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working in a professional automotive repair shop (dealership or independent)

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — our team and customers rely on clear communication in both languages
- Solid working knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
