Duties

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients or promote additional services when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions if applicable, ensuring accuracy and security during cash handling procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive team environment

Experience
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, or client services role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in typing and computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
