Overview
We are seeking a Removable Dental Lab Technician to join our team Summer of 2026, where your expertise will bring smiles to life The ideal candidate will have some experience and familiarity with all aspects in the fabrication of removable dental prostheses including but not limited to: beading and boxing master impressions, articulation, setting teeth and waxing dentures, bite splints, processing using the injection and packing technique, bending wrought wires, finishing, repairs, relines, retainers, etc. Our removable division primarily utilizes time-proven traditional techniques but we do have digital capacity (CAD, 3D printers, 5-axis mill) that is primarily used in our fixed division. Responsibilities
- Fabricate, modify, and finish removable dental prosthetics including, but not limited to, dentures and partials, using traditional laboratory techniques.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and patient needs for accurate appliance creation.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Support the dental office team by providing technical expertise on dental fabrication processes, materials selection, and maintenance of lab equipment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience preferred in dental laboratory work specializing in removable prosthetics; laboratory experience is essential.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology relevant to prosthetic fabrication.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
