Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician based in Minneapolis, MN. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of laundry and dry-cleaning equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, replacing or repairing parts, conducting routine inspections for quality assurance, and supporting customers with technical assistance. The Technician will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, while maintaining compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality service to clients across various industries.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally within the five-state region for on-site service
• Physical ability to handle and lift heavy equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred
