A top 10 AM 100 law firm is seeking a Manager, Business Development to support its M&A and Corporate practices in Washington DC. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with senior BD leadership and attorneys to drive strategic growth initiatives across key transactional practice areas.
Key responsibilities include:
▪ Leading pitches, proposals, and client presentations
▪ Supporting strategic client targeting and cross-selling initiatives
▪ Managing profile-raising activities, rankings, sponsorships, and events
▪ Driving business development campaigns and pipeline management
▪ Collaborating with attorneys and cross-functional marketing teams
Ideal candidates will have:
✔ 7 years of business development experience within a law firm
✔ Strong project management and communication skills
✔ Experience supporting transactional or corporate practices
✔ Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
