Marketing Coordinator

We're adding to our team! We're seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build hands-on experience across key areas of marketing, including graphic design, website and social media management, and event planning. You'll be at the heart of our marketing team, driving creative campaigns and making a real impact on our brand presence.

You will:

• Design marketing materials like social media graphics, flyers, email banners, and presentations.
• Edit video and audio content for the website and social media.
• Maintain brand consistency across visual content.
• Update existing marketing collateral and branded templates.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Upload new content to the company website promptly.
• Monitor social media engagement and identify interaction opportunities.
• Brainstorm content ideas and repurpose existing materials for digital use.
• Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, client events, and team activities.
• Manage vendor communications, promotional materials, shipping, and on-site setup.
• Support event execution virtually and in person when needed.
• Organize digital file libraries and shared resources.
• Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Provide general support to the marketing team across projects and initiatives.
• Serve as an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiar with major social media platforms and basic scheduling tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• The ability to travel at least 10%.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Bonus skills:

• Experience using tools like Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or WordPress
• Prior event planning experience through internships, coursework, or volunteer work
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or similar platforms
