Assist with a wide range of construction activities, including material handling, site cleanup, and setup of work areas. Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers by providing necessary tools and materials. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements. Help with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and installation of flooring, tile, or cabinetry. Participate in construction inspection tasks to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Experience
Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with construction tools such as hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and basic construction techniques will help you succeed in this role. Experience with specific trades like roofing, drywall installation (including plastering), caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, or glass installation is a plus.
