Join our team where we provide client facing, relationship focused, on-site IT support. You will spend your day on location with multiple clients throughout the Charleston metro area, providing a high level of customer service.
We have an exciting career opportunity for you, if you can:
o Configure and setup all end user equipment. Provide training on equipment as needed.
o Manage Office 365 Admin and various cloud-based systems.
o Work in a Windows Server environment including active directory
o Resolve hardware and software issues.
o Manage backup and disaster recovery systems.
o Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration.
o Deploy new workstations.
o Provide general desktop support.
o Sustain a high level of client-to-client interaction.
o Deploy and manage VoIP services.
o Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
o Support network equipment including firewalls, switches and wireless systems.
o Monitor system and network performance.
Required Qualifications:
o Great troubleshooting skills
o At least 3 years of IT support experience working for an MSP or inhouse IT dept.
o Able to actively listen to customer needs.
o Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
o Able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
