What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sourcing Specialist position at E-Solutions?
We are looking for a seasoned Sourcing & Buying Specialist to join our team and take ownership of purchasing and sourcing for the online (ecommerce) side of the business. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with internal teams across merchandising, production, and inventory planning to ensure the right product is sourced, costed, and delivered efficiently.
The ideal candidate brings years of experience in children’s apparel sourcing, is highly tech-savvy, and is confident navigating negotiations and day-to-day factory communication.
Qualifications
- Experience
- Minimum years in sourcing/buying, specifically in children’s apparel.
- Strong experience working with overseas factories (China and other regions).
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Excel and sourcing/production systems (PLM/ERP).
- Comfortable working with tech packs, specs, and production details.
- Travel requirement of at least twice a year to the Orient.
- Communication with overseas vendors during their working hours.

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Clear and effective communicator across time zones and cultures.
- Negotiation & Execution
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships.
