Hiring: Azure DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes Required)
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
W2 Contract Only – NO C2C
We are seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes experience to support cloud migration, DevOps automation, and infrastructure operations for enterprise applications. This is a strictly W2 onsite role.
🔍 Required Technical Skills
✔ Azure DevOps (Pipelines, repos, release management)
✔ Kubernetes (container operations, deployments, YAML, Helm experience preferred)
✔ Kafka knowledge
✔ Azure PostgreSQL Database
✔ Azure Key Vault
✔ Azure Active Directory (AD)
✔ Basic understanding of Azure cloud services (App Services, Storage, Networking, etc.)
✔ Basic knowledge of: Databricks, ADF, Data Lake, Kafka, Python, PySpark
🎯 Expectations of the Role
• Migrate applications into Azure Cloud Services
• Act as a bridge between product teams & cloud engineering teams
• Set up authorization, secrets, identity access, and Key Vault
• Fix vulnerabilities reported through OIS scanning
• Support DevOps automation & CI/CD improvements
⭐ Good to Have
• Experience in asset management or the financial domain
• Understanding of audit requirements for regulated applications
• Unix shell scripting experience
• Knowledge of SQL / DBMS (Oracle, Postgres)
• Programming skills in Python or R
• API integration experience
• Bash / Linux scripting
