Duties
- The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a large EPIC integration project.
- This position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- The coordinator will manage scheduling, training room logistics, and follow‑up activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Project Coordination: Schedule meetings, organize training rooms, and manage logistics.
- Information Management: Store, retrieve, and integrate information for staff, clients, vendors, patients, and families.
- Operational Support: Plan and execute departmental functions to maintain smooth operations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with external, inter‑departmental, and intra‑departmental teams to support project needs.
- Training & Orientation: Provide onboarding support for new staff and troubleshoot office technologies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and legal requirements.
Must Have:
- Should have minimum high school diploma or GED (Associate's Degree Preferred)
- Should have 2 years of Administrative and Clerical support experience, specifically focused on the efficient storage, retrieval, and integration of information for effective dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients, and families.
- Experience in Patient Scheduling
- Handling Workflow management or departmental operations or administrative support or a strong experience on attention to detail
Shift Timings:8AM-5:30PM M-F
