Job Description:
We are looking for experienced software developers to join our team, working primarily with Rust. As Rust is a newer technology for most developers, the client is open to candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on Rust experience, with prior experience in Java or Go-Lang being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Rust.
- Strong experience in Java or Go-Lang is preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Experience with concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development processes.
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
