Overview:
We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Programmer to join our team, specializing in the Doosan Puma 2600YII with Fanuc 0i-Plus control and live tooling. This role covers full-cycle responsibilities including programming, setup, operation, and inspection of complex precision components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate a Doosan Puma 2600YII CNC lathe with live tooling (Fanuc 0i-Plus control).
- Program, set up, and operate a SMEC SL 2500BY CNC lathe with live tooling (Fanuc 0i-Plus control).
- Produce tight-tolerance parts from blueprints and technical drawings using GD&T principles.
- Perform thorough in-process and final part inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision instruments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize programs, tooling, and setups for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience programming and operating CNC lathes.
- Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls and G-code programming.
- Familiarity with live tooling and multi-axis turning operations.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
