Position Summary
A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all crew members follow company safety policies and jobsite requirements.
- Lead and direct the daily work activities of the assigned crew to meet production and quality expectations.
- Ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with project plans, design drawings, and specification requirements.
- Plan and coordinate crew assignments, equipment usage, and material needs to support safe and efficient project progress.
- Maintain accurate records including job quantities, timesheets, and daily field reports.
- Communicate daily progress, field conditions, and any issues with the Superintendent and Project Management team to support overall project coordination.
- 5 years earthwork Foreman experience.
- Experience in roadway embankment formation, ditch excavation, and rip rap placement.
- Experience in subgrade for asphalt and simple storm drain installation a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and adjust to changing circumstances.
