Position Summary:
- Operate hydraulic and lattice boom
- Operate other types of equipment (backhoes, excavators, etc.)
- Placing concrete from a truck, and drive piling
- Know how to inspect the crane for unsafe conditions, complete required records, and communicate the unsafe conditions to the proper authority
- NCCCO or similar certification for minimum of 3 years with specialties in LAT
- Minimum of five years’ experience in all phases of commercial construction
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
- Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
- Demonstrate safely working around heavy equipment
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
- Charlotte-Douglas International Airport does not allow individuals to work on this jobsite if they have been convicted of a felony within the previous 10 years
