Position Summary:
E.S. Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for an Underground Utilities Superintendent. A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include:
- Working knowledge of grade checking and understanding of survey information
- Working knowledge and experience of storm/sanitary sewer and waterline install
- Ability to test sanitary and waterlines
- Ability to install trench boxes for deep excavations
- Responsible for seeing a continuous safe work environment.
- Effectively lead and manage crew members' daily activities and production.
- Ensure construction per plan requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project.
- Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports.
- Communicate activities and issues with other members of management to coordinate construction activities.
- 3-5 years of drainage/pipe experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
