Role Description:
The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities for E&S Insurance Group, focusing on increasing brand awareness and client engagement. This internship role is hybrid, based in Shamokin, PA with work-from-home flexibility.
Daily tasks may include:
- assisting with developing marketing materials and campaigns
- supporting social media and digital outreach
- contributing to sales and promotional initiatives at in person events, and online.
- support event or webinar preparation, and collaborate with team members on marketing strategy and customer communication.
This role offers hands-on experience in insurance marketing and client service within a supportive, learning-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with the internal team.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and analysis of target audiences.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Marketing skills to assist with outreach, lead follow-up, and promotional activities.
- Basic proficiency with office software and social media platforms; familiarity with digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work reliably in a hybrid arrangement, manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks with attention to detail.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
