The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating care services, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This position works closely with internal teams, clients, case managers, and CHHA staff to maintain efficient and accurate scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Client Care Support
Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality care for clients.
Assign and staff all open schedules to meet client care needs.
Monitor and ensure services are delivered according to assigned schedules.
Confirm that client service authorizations are current and in place.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate care services and schedules with clients, case managers, and CHHA employees.
Participate in daily morning team meetings.
HR & Administrative Duties
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Perform general office tasks including filing and daily support functions.
Support smooth daily operations and maintain office organization.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a home healthcare environment.
Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish is preferred; strong communication skills in English are also a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and handling high‑volume inbound calls professionally.
Organization: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills.
Customer Service: A professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation when interacting with clients, caregivers, and team members
