Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring efficient warehouse distribution. This position requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to improve inventory management practices.
Duties
- Keep SOPs, Work Instructions and Safety Procedures updated and in order, ensuring their correct communication to the team.
- Obtain and maintain the "Train the Trainer" certification for the use of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Train, train, and certify warehouse personnel in hazardous materials handling and safe use of material handling equipment.
- Develop and keep the Training Matrix updated, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training.
- Periodically audit compliance with safety, operational, and inventory processes, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with area leaders to identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.
- Evaluate the learning and performance of employees through tests, observations, and structured feedback.
- Ensure compliance with operational best practices established by TPW and our clients.
- Promote the culture of continuous improvement, coordinating with supervisors and the Continuous Improvement area the planning and monitoring of objectives by area.
- Document audit findings and generate compliance and non-conformity reports for decision-making.
- Audit the management of physical and system inventories, ensuring their accuracy.
- Participate in cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with 5S practices in operational areas.
- Provide support to key roles (Supervisor, Leads) when necessary to ensure operational continuity.
- Provide customer service to clients and maintain compliance of the department.

Competencies and Skills:
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse distribution, or supply chain analytics.
- 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations with time dedicated to Inventory Control and Safety Knowledge in Hazmat and forklift certifications.
- Knowledge of SAP and its application in operational processes.
- Management of the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
- Proactive and change-oriented attitude, capable of resolving setbacks in daily operation.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, carry up to 25 kg, bend, recline and stretch according to the needs of the working day.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and to use mobile devices (tablets) in the performance of their duties.
