Retail Route Representative

E&R Laundry & Dry Cleaners, New England's leader in industrial laundry and dry-cleaning services, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Route Representative to join our growing team. This position combines safe, efficient route operations with the opportunity to drive sales, build customer relationships, and expand business along the route.
(Full-Time, Salary Plus Commission | Monday - Friday | Early Morning Start)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or small box truck to pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning to retail stores and customer locations throughout Southern New Hampshire.
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at every stop - acting as the face of E&R.
• Actively grow route revenue by introducing and promoting E&R's services to potential customers through cold calling, prospecting, and on-route sales outreach.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers and ensure consistent service satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Load, unload, and transport items safely, with the ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs.
• Assist at the main facility with various duties during downtime.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven sales or customer service background.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and confident in promoting services and closing small to mid-size sales.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently while representing E&R with professionalism and integrity.
