A professional attitude and attire is required. Responsibilities include operating as an assistant-in-training to a project manager; coordination with architects, designers, contractors and clients; reviewing of architectural design drawings and bid documents; preparing and reviewing schedules; organizing and quantifying materials lists, preparation of client and vendor correspondence; and the organization, receiving, expediting and shipment of related products. Preferential consideration will be given to those highly organized individuals with prior experience in architecture or construction; the ability to read and comprehend architectural blueprints; Windows OS XP, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. This position is available immediately and has potential for growth.
