Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication, TIG welding, and machining and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Capable of coordinating work and priorities in order to meet established dead lines
- Willingness to be a working team member when needed
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Highly motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Committed to working mandatory overtime
- Successful completion of a welding test using thin gauge material
- Experience with conveyors and food processing equipment or other metal fabricating familiarity will position candidate higher for consideration
