About the Role
E-Play Brands is seeking a Licensing & Sample Coordinator to manage the daily sample handling and product approval process with our licensing partners. This position is central to ensuring that all licensed product is accurately represented, submitted within licensor timelines, and compliant with brand requirements.
The Coordinator will work in close collaboration with our design team, overseas factories, and licensing partners tracking samples, submitting for approval, maintaining inventory, and verifying that all artwork and product details are correct prior to submission.
This is an excellent entry point for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to the licensing and apparel business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all sample submissions to licensors for approval
- Follow up with the design team to confirm artwork and files are accurate and finalized prior to submission
- Steam, photograph, and edit product images (background removal and basic cleanup)
- Upload photos and product information to licensor portals
- Maintain and organize sample inventory, including requesting new samples from manufacturers
- Track submissions and approvals, following up with licensors and internal teams as needed
- Set up racks and prepare the showroom for seasonal sales meetings

Qualifications

- Basic photo editing ability (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
- Experience with samples, inventory systems, apparel, or licensing is a plus — we're open to candidates early in their careers who are eager to learn
Compensation & Schedule
$45,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience. Full-time, with four days on-site and one day remote per week. We offer flexibility based on workload and performance.
