As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service and representing our company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off driveways and sidewalks
- Maintain clean, neat, and professional-looking properties
- Safely operate lawn care equipment and tools
- Follow assigned routes and complete jobs efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues
- Perform other lawn care and landscape-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to work in various outdoor weather conditions, including heat and humidity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Previous lawn care experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
- Full-time
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Availability to work some Saturdays is required
