Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers and within scope of practice.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
- Perform basic laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Remove sutures, change dressings, and provide patient education as instructed.
- Maintain examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies.
Administrative Duties
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars.
- Verify patient insurance information and obtain authorizations.

- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
