What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Carpenter position at E. N. Construction LLC?
We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter. This comes with potential opportunity to lead the team.
This role includes a variety of general carpentry, with the current primary focus of constructing new residential buildings. We're seeking someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their work, and is goal-oriented.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications:
- Previous carpentry experience is required
- Framing, finish carpentry, and other general construction tasks
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to read plans and complete work efficiently, with quality
Additional Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team
- Experience in residential construction is a must
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Leadership ability is preferred
Must provide references.
Pay based on experience. Starting wage is $20/hr.
