E-Motion Wheel Repair & Powder Coating is looking for an experienced tire technician who wants to develop into a complete wheel repair and powder-coating specialist.
You do not need powder-coating or wheel-repair experience. We will provide structured hands-on training, written process guides, checklists, and the support needed to succeed.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
- Cosmetic wheel and curb-rash repair
- Wheel preparation and sandblasting
- Powder-coating application
- Proper curing and finish inspection
- Wheel straightening and other specialized repairs
WHAT YOU’LL START WITH
- Dismounting and mounting tires
- Balancing wheel and tire assemblies
- Safely handling factory and aftermarket wheels
- Assisting with wheel preparation and shop workflow
WHAT WE NEED
- Professional tire mounting and balancing experience
- Comfortable working with low-profile tires and expensive wheels
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and respect for customer vehicles
- Ability to lift wheels and tires throughout the workday
