Job Overview
We are seeking a Mortgage Funder to join our team at E Mortgage Capital, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring final loan documents are accurately created and are in accordance with specific requirements and programs.
This position will be full-time on-site Monday - Friday with hours scheduled between 8 AM - 6 PM report directly to the Funding Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Have knowledge of TRID, FHA, VA, NQM, Fannie, Freddie guidelines.
- Understand title commitments, escrow instructions, hazard insurance, flood insurance, etc.
- Request and review funding conditions.
- Review CD’s for accuracy and compliance.
- Review loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Review funding documents and wire instructions.
- Review pricing of loans and disbursement amount requested; make necessary corrections if needed.
- Verifiy all underwriting and doc conditions have been satisfied and signed off on loan approval.
- Assist with confirming Deed of Trust/ Mortgage recordation as needed.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience & Education Requirements
· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
· Prior mortgage Funding experience required
· LendingPad experience preferred, but not required.
Skills & Abilities
· Strong mathematical skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Teams,etc.).
· Team-oriented, but able to work independently.
· Committed work ethic and dependability.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· High level of attention to detail and organization.
· Structure, workflow and process driven.
· Ability to multi-task with precision and thoroughness in a fast-paced environment.
· Effective prioritization including sufficient communication for deadline management.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
· Sitting or standing at a computer workstation and viewing monitor(s) for prolonged periods of time.
· Lift up to 30 pounds for tasks as necessary.
· May occasionally work beyond posted work hours as well as overtime.
