E Mortgage Capital is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage dedicated to helping borrowers find the right lending solutions. We're building out our marketing team and looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own our lead acquisition strategy, manage key vendor relationships, and help our loan officers maximize every opportunity in their pipeline.
You'll be the driving force behind how E Mortgage Capital sources and scales its lead flow. From evaluating and purchasing leads from top aggregators to managing agency and vendor partnerships, you'll own the strategy and performance of our external growth channels. You'll also work closely with our loan officers to ensure they're equipped to convert leads effectively — bridging the gap between marketing and sales.
- Develop and execute a lead acquisition strategy across purchased leads, aggregators, and paid channels
- Manage relationships with lead vendors and aggregators (e.g. LendingTree, Bankrate, Realtor.com) — negotiating contracts, evaluating quality, and optimizing spend
- Own performance marketing vendor and agency relationships, holding partners accountable to cost-per-lead and conversion benchmarks
- Analyze lead source performance and allocate budget to highest-ROI channels
- Work directly with loan officers to train and guide them on best practices for working and converting leads
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation Specialist to ensure purchased leads flow seamlessly into nurture campaigns
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track lead volume, cost, quality, and conversion rates
- Stay current on mortgage industry trends, competitor lead strategies, and emerging acquisition channels
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or lead acquisition — mortgage or financial services experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing lead vendors, aggregators, or performance marketing agencies
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with cost-per-lead, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams or loan officers
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus) and lead management workflows
- Experience with mortgage lead aggregators (LendingTree, Bankrate, Realtor.com, Zillow)
- Background in training or enabling sales teams
- Google Ads or Meta Ads experience as a complement to vendor-managed campaigns
