E-Logic, Inc. Washington, DC (Hybrid) Contract
E-Logic is a Washington, DC-based technology company that designs, installs and supports audio-visual and video-conferencing systems. We're growing our commercial work across DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland, and we're looking for a few independent sales partners who already know the people who buy meeting-room technology.
You bring the relationships and close the deal. Our engineers, estimators, project managers and installers design and deliver the work. Think of it as building your own book of business on top of a full technical team.
This is a 1099 independent-contractor engagement, paid on commission only (no base salary). Commission is uncapped, paid on gross profit, and paid once the customer pays.
What you'll do
- Open doors with commercial decision makers: IT and facilities directors, general contractors, architects, AV consultants and property managers
- Uncover projects: conference rooms, boardrooms, Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, training rooms, digital signage, and AV service and upgrades
- Bring our technical team into discovery and site visits; we handle design, pricing and proposals
- Negotiate and close, then grow the account over time
- Register your opportunities in our CRM so your accounts are protected
What you bring
- 5 years selling commercial AV, unified communications, low voltage, security or IT services
- Active relationships with buyers in DC, Northern Virginia or Maryland
- A track record of closing deals, with references
- The independence to run your own schedule and territory
