Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, and modify existing DataStage workflows responsible for ingesting medical, pharmacy, and enrollment files from FEHBP carriers.
- Implement file and field-level data quality checks to ensure data accuracy before loading targets.
- Assist in creating precise Source-to-Target mapping documentation and reference file structures.
- Strong experience developing complex ETL pipelines with IBM DataStage/QualityStage.
- Solid understanding of health insurance claim structures, adjudication terminology, and processing rules.
- Background supporting healthcare data operations or federal auditing programs.
