Position Overview


We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Project Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives while managing key projects from concept to completion. This role bridges sales, client relations, and project execution to ensure successful delivery and business expansion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to align project goals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Track project performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Represent E-Lite Displays at industry events and client meetings


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, project management, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred
  • Strong understanding of LED/display technology or similar industries (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in B2B sales or technical solutions
  • PMP certification or equivalent (a plus)
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
