What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Engineer position at E.L. Mustee & Sons?
Job Summary:
This position will help direct and coordinate the activities facilitating efficient molding and manufacturing operations across the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of large compression molds and processes using SMC and BMC materials, including design work and material flow characteristics.
- Working knowledge of large and small injection molds using polypropylene and PVC materials. This includes taking full responsibility for the design work and material flow characteristics.
- Monitor and maintain required code compliances with various code regulators, city agencies, and State agencies.
- Working knowledge/familiarity with powder coat paint systems is a plus.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- At least ten years of experience working with fiberglass and plastic molding.
- Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field preferred.
Schedule:
· 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
· Little to no work on weekends.
