We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, and has strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.
Insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy questions, and service requests.
- Help prepare insurance quotes and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage daily tasks in an organized and timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and team members in both English and Spanish.
- Follow up with clients to support retention and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A Florida insurance license is a plus, but not required.
