Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional representative of the e.l.f. brand by greeting guests and handling inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones for international stakeholders
- Support travel planning and logistics for domestic and international trips, including preparing detailed itineraries
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate shipments of packages and documents to various global locations
- Provide administrative and logistical support for ad hoc projects and company-wide initiatives
- Anticipate needs and proactively support the Assistant to the Chairman & CEO in day-to-day operations
- 2–5 years of work experience, preferably in an office or professional setting
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with internet navigation and research
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; highly detail-oriented
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive demeanor; adaptable to changing priorities
- Professional yet approachable written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
