You'll take the lead in deterring suspicious activity, responding to incidents, and ensuring every site operates safely and securely. You'll be the eyes, ears, and calm presence that make our clients feel protected.What You'll Do:Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong security presenceObserve, deter, and report all activities at assigned sitesEnforce procedures and standards with professionalismConduct patrols and respond promptly to emergenciesWrite detailed, accurate incident reportsWork indoors or outdoors, standing or walking for long periods, in various weather conditionsAdapt to changing shifts and locations as a valued on-call professional (on call for 40 hours per week, guaranteed 24 hours minimum)Ideal Candidate:21 years of ageActive Blue cardAuthorization to legally work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or GEDCustomer service experience 2 years of security or military/LEO experienceKnowledge on how to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitorsAbility to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensingWillingness to complete crisis prevention trainingWillingness to complete site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officerFlexibility to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per weekEffective English communication skills, both verbal and writtenValid driver's license with reliable transportationHaving an associate degree is preferred but not required!
